Professional Advice and Services

1. The professional services team assists members to:

• meet their professional aspirations;
• advance NZNO's professional agenda; and
• respond to individual and group professional concerns

The professional services team comprises of:

• the professional services manager
• seven professional nursing advises
• four legal advisers 
• a competency adviser (0.5 part time employment)
• two co-editors of Kai Tiaki Nursing New Zealand
• two policy analysts, one being the policy analyst - Maori
• one librarian/records manager
• one researcher

Professional services staff work with the organising and business services staff to fulfill NZNO's mission of represnting members and contributing to health and social policy development.
